Please do your research, the clients funds are held in their own escrow account, not the debt settlement companies account. Second, If a creditor decides to sue there are many variables that come into play, most importantly state legislation, some states do not allow wage garnishment. Debt settlement offers many advantages which you failed to list. Please do your research

hi your video was verry informational. i actualy just started doing debt settlements with a company but all the suposed pitfalls were explained to the clyents that i have. the only thing i didnt know about is the 1099 form but we offer a module to rerout the call to our office and if the attorney starts taking legal action that account is just settled immediately assuming they have the money in the account to settle that debt. but im new at this and thank you for opening my eyes more.
